Block Check is an independent online retailer. We curate and resell products manufactured by third-party brands. We do not manufacture the footwear displayed on this site.

Nike, Air Force 1, adidas, Samba, PUMA, Suede, Reebok, Classic Leather and all related names, marks and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use identifies genuine branded product categories and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

Some orders may be dispatched directly to the customer by a third-party supplier. Products in one order may arrive separately. Block Check remains the retailer of record and the customer's point of contact for order updates, complaints, returns and refunds.

Availability is confirmed during order processing. If a supplier cannot fulfil an item, the customer will be notified and offered a replacement or refund.

Block Check intends to list only products sourced through vetted suppliers. Product descriptions must state if an item is grey-market, parallel-imported, reconditioned or otherwise not supplied through an official South African distribution channel.

Initial delivery is limited to South Africa. Standard delivery is R99 and free for qualifying orders over R1,500. Delivery estimates are shown or confirmed after supplier allocation and may vary by product and destination. Customers receive tracking information when available.

Customers should contact hello@blockcheck.co.za before returning an item. Items should be unworn, undamaged and returned with original packaging, labels and accessories unless the product is defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by South Africa's Consumer Protection Act or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. Incorrect or materially misdescribed products will be remedied in accordance with applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Before paid checkout is activated, Block Check must publish the merchant's registered legal name, legal status, registration number where applicable, physical and service addresses, telephone number, returns address and final delivery estimates.

Customer details are used to administer orders, deliveries, support, fraud prevention and consented marketing. Payment card information is processed by Yoco and is not stored by Block Check. Customers may request access, correction or deletion/anonymisation of eligible personal information by contacting the store.
